| 目的 探讨超声引导经皮肾造瘘对改善肾后性梗阻患者肾功能的临床价值。 方法 45例患者(64个肾脏)在超声引导下,采用Seldinger法将导管放置于扩张的肾盂内,引流减压。 结果 45例患者,61个肾脏(95.3％)一次穿刺成功,置管后肾功能明显改善,无严重并发症发生。 结论 超声引导下经皮肾造瘘安全、有效,并发症少,对改善肾后梗阻引起的肾功能衰竭具有非常重要的临床意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinicalvalｕe of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN) in patients with post renal uremia. Methods Ultrasound-guided percutaneous placement of nephrostomy catheters were performed in 45 patients (64 kidneys) by using Seldinger technique. Results PCNs were successful in 61 kidneys (95.3%,61/64) at first attempt. The improvement of renal function was marked, and no severe complications occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided PCN is a safe and effective procedure for patients with obstructive uropathy. |
