| 目的 探讨微创治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的新方法。 方法 对7例输卵管间质部妊娠病人在超声引导下向胚囊及胎盘组织内多点缓慢注入5-Fu 100~250mg。 结果 全部病例均治愈。未出现并发症和副作用。血HCG 平均5周内降到300U/ml以下。1(1/7)例经二次5-Fu注药治疗后降至正常。 结论 超声导向局部注射5-Fu治疗输卵管间质部妊娠准确、安全,无副反应,效果可靠。 |

| Objective To explore the new non-invasive method for treatment of interstitial pregnancy. Methods In 7 patients with interstitial pregnancy, 5-Fu (100-250mg of each) were injected slowly into embryo and placenta under the guidance of ultrasound. Results All patients were cured and no complications and side effects were observed. Blood level of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) reduced to less than 300U/ml within an average of 5 weeks. Conclusion Local injection of 5-Fu guided by ultrasound in treatment of interstitial pregnancy is effective, safe and with no side effect. It could be a good method in interstitial pregnancy treatment. |
