| 目的 评价早期股骨头缺血的介入治疗。 方法 对16例股骨头无菌坏死患者的介入治疗进行了分析。 结果 患者在治疗后1~4周内疼痛均有不同程度的减轻或消失;后期X线检查显示86%以上的患者可见不同程度的骨密度发生改变;缺血股骨头内死骨边缘或中心吸收,缩小,股骨头有明显的形态恢复。 结论 介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死方法简便;疗效显著。 |

| Objective To evaluate the interventional treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head (AHFH). Methods Sixteen patients of AHFH with interventional treatment were invastigated. Results After the interventional treatment,the patient's pain released or disappeared during 1-4 months. The X-ray examination showed the density of the femoral head increased in 86% treated cases, there was some absorption and diminution in the center or peripheral area of the sequestrum; the contours of the femoral head improved significantly. Conclusion Interventional therapy is one of convenient and effective methods for the treatment of ANFH. |
