| 目的 应用彩色多普勒超声评价糖尿病(DM)患者的血管内皮功能。方法测定61例DM患者肱动脉血压计袖带阻塞前后及舌下含服500μg硝酸甘油前后肱动脉内径的改变。结果 DM组反应性充血时肱动脉内径变化率比正常对照组明显减弱(P<0.001)。硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉内径扩张与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。DM患者血管内皮功能受损与病程明显相关。结论 彩色多普勒超声早期即可发现糖尿病患者血管内皮功能受损。 |

| Objective The endothelial function in patients with diabetic mellitus was investigated via color Doppler flow imaging. Methods The changes of the diameter of brachial artery were determined by measuring the diameter of brachial artery in sixty-one patients with DM before and after an inflation of sphygmomanometer pneumatic cuff, and before and after sublingual nitroglycerin (500 μg). Results The changes of the diameter of brachial artery under reactive hyperaemia condition in patients with DM decreased significantly compared with normal control group (P<0.001). The changes of nitroglycerin mediated brachial dilatation also decreased significantly compared with normal control group (P<0.05). The damage severity of brachial endothelial function in DM patients was significantly related with its chronicity. Conclusion The damage of vascular endothelial function can be found in the early stage of DM. |
