| 目的 探讨小腿部交通支静脉的超声探测方法学。 方法 利用二维超声和彩色多普勒技术探测有手术结果的42例肢体的功能不全的小腿交通支静脉,并按声像图进行超声分型。研究了交通支静脉的出现规律。 结果 超声共检出90条小腿部功能不全的交通支静脉,声像图可分为条状血流型和网状血流型,出现率分别为46%和54%。小腿下1/3部、中部1/3和上1/3部的出现率分别为50%、40%和10%。临床症状分级越高的肢体,功能不全的交通支静脉出现率越高。交通支静脉功能不全的肢体95%出现深静脉的返流。 结论 超声可以较清晰和准确地显示小腿部功能不全的交通支静脉,为临床进一步诊治提供了重要的信息。 |

| Objective To study methodology of ultrasonography in examining the incompetent perforating veins of the leg. Methods In 42 legs, the incompetent perforating veins were detected by two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography. The function and localization of the incompetent perforating veins were studied. Results Ninety incompetent perforating veins were confirmed at surgical exploration. Four additional incompetent perforating veins that had not been detected by ultrasonography were found during operation. The color flow imaging of the incompetent perforating veins were classified as typeⅠ(liner color flow) and type Ⅱ(reticular color flow). The revealed rates of typeⅠand type Ⅱ were 46% and 54% respectively. Conclusion Ultrasongraphy is useful for accurately assessing the incompetent perforating veins of the leg. |
