| 目的 了解海洛因依赖者睾丸、附睾的超声表现。方法 应用Aloka SSD-1100实时超声诊断仪,探头频率为变频5~7.5MHz。对81例海洛因依赖者睾丸、附睾进行B超观测。结果 左、右睾丸平均大小分别为3.90cm×1.90cm、3.89cm×1.85cm;左、右附睾平均大小为1.33cm×1.02cm、1.21cm×0.94cm。睾丸回声不均匀者5人,均匀者76人;附睾回声不均匀者75人,均匀者6人;其中附睾囊肿22人。结论 海洛因依赖者附睾回声多有改变,睾丸无明显异常。 |

| Objective To investigate heroin addict's testis and epididymis on B-ultrasound. Methods Eighty-one heroin addict's testes and epididymdes were measured by Aloka SSD-1100 B-ultrasound instrument with probe 5.0-7.5MHz. Results The average diameter measured value of the men's testis was 3.90cm×1.90cm(left),3.89cm×1.85cm(right) respectively.The average diameter measured value of the men's epididymis was 1.33cm×1.02cm (left),1.21cm×0.94cm (right) respectively.Among the drug addicts,a homogenous echogenic testicular pattern was found in 76 cases,a heterogenous pattern in the other cases,while a heterogenous echogenic epididymis texture was found in 75 cases and a homogenous pattern in 6 cases.Cyst of epididymis was also detected in 22 cases of the drug addicts. Conclusion The echo of the heroin addict's epididymis often changes much,and the testis has no obvious abnormality. |
