| 目的 探索不同类型造影剂特别是非离子型造影剂在子宫输卵管造影术中的优缺点和适用性。方法 随机选取继发不育患者,分别用碘化油、泛影葡胺和非离子型造影剂欧乃派克作对比剂进行子宫输卵管造影术各100例。术中、术后观察与随访,对不同造影剂在子宫输卵管造影中的影像质量、通畅率、安全性及术后妊娠率等进行对比研究。结果 三种造影剂在影像质量、通畅率、术后妊娠率方面无显著性差异;术后腹痛发生率,欧乃派克组最低(4%),与另二组(泛影葡胺组19%,碘化油组18%)比较有显著性差异(χ2＝13.08,P＜0.01)。结论 三种造影剂在子宫输卵管造影中各有特点,均可作为子宫输卵管造影术的对比剂,可根据患者不同情况进行选择。 |

| Objective To explore diverse contrast media's merit,shortcoming and application in hysterosalpingography,especially non-ionic contrast media. Methods Three hundred secondary sterility patients were randomly recuited in one of the 3 groups (iodized oil,compound meglumine medium and Iohexol) evenly.The imaging quality,patent rate,safety,postpregnancy rate and so on were compared. Results There was no significant difference in imaging quality,patent rate and postpregnancy rate among three contrast media groups.Postabdominal pain rate was lowest in iohexol group (4%),compared with the other two groups (compound meglumine group 19%,iodized oil group 18%).The difference was significant (χ2=13.08,P<0.01). Conclusion The three contrast medias have characteristics respectively in hysterosalpingography,and should be choosed according to different condition of patients. |
