| 目的 评价乳腺肿块的超声诊断价值及SonoCT、Xres技术在其诊断中的应用价值。 方法 78例乳腺肿块经普通二维超声了解其形态、边界、内回声、有无钙化等特征,与SonoCT、Xres图像进行对比,后结合血流将其分为良、恶性,与病理学结果对照。 结果 超声诊断的良、恶性符合率及总符合率分别为91.67%、90%、91.0%, SonoCT、Xres技术在鉴别诊断中具有优势。 结论 超声对于乳腺肿块来说,具有较大的临床应用价值,若配合SonoCT、Xres技术,可增加病变的诊断正确率,降低漏诊率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast lumps and the value of SonoCT,Xres in it. Methods Seventy-eight cases with breast lumps were diagnosed benign or malignant according to their characteristics on 2-dimensional ultrasonography,for example, the shape,border and inside echoes of breast lumps,calcification and blood flows; then,the imaging of common 2-dimensional ultrasonography were compared with those of SonoCT,Xres,and then contrasted with pathological results. Results 91.67% of benign and 90% of malignant changes were correctly diagnosed,the total coincidence was 91%;and the techniques of SonoCT and Xres possessed superiority in identification diagnosis of breast lumps. Conclusion Doppler ultrasonography possesses clinical value,and if assisted with SonoCT,Xres, it can increase the diagnostic accuracy,and decrease misdiagnosis rate for breast lumps. |
