      目的 了解大鼠种植型肝癌电化学治疗(EChT)后细胞免疫功能状态的改变。方法 应用流式细胞仪检测荷瘤大鼠治疗前后T细胞表面抗原(CD3、CD4、CD8)及应用免疫试剂盒检测外周血IL-2表达水平的变化,并与对照组进行比较。结果 荷瘤大鼠治疗前CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、外周血IL-2表达水平均低于对照组。电化学治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均有所回升,外周血IL-2水平回升。结论 荷瘤大鼠存在免疫功能低下,电化学治疗可纠正免疫紊乱,提高大鼠免疫功能。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the changes of cellular immune function in rats with implanted liver tumor after electrochemotherapy (EChT). Methods The contents of T cell phenotype in blood was detected with flow cytometry (FCM) and serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) was measured using immune kits before and after EChT.The data were compared with those in the control group. Results Before EChT,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 in rats liver tumor model were lower than those in the control group.After EChT,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ in the rats model increased significantly (P<0.05),and expression of serum IL-2 increased. Conclusion The cellular immunity of rats with implanted liver tumor was suppressed,and EChT could ameliorate cellular immune function of rats.
