| 目的 探讨经阴道三维超声成像诊断宫外孕的临床价值。方法 34例宫外孕患者用经阴道三维超声成像技术进行检查并与二维超声图像比较,其中25例手术证实,9例保守治疗。结果 经阴道三维超声成像图像清晰,能显示病灶的立体形态及内部细微结构,提高了卵黄囊的显示率。结论 经阴道三维超声成像技术为宫外孕的诊断提供了更丰富的信息,提高了诊断正确率。 |

| Objective To evaluate three-dimensional (3D) ultrasonic reconstruction by transvaginal route in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. Methods Thirty-four cases with ectopic pregnancy were examined by 3D ultrasound.The results were compared with those of two-dimensional ultrasonography (2D).The diagnosis for the 25 cases were confirmed by operation; the other 9 cases accepted the conservative treatment. Results 3D gives a clear stereoscopic view of the abnormalities and distinguished morphologic characteristics such as the internal refined structure of the focus.As a very important complement to 2D,the yolk sac structures could be demonstrated. Conclusion 3D ultrasonic reconstruction by transvaginal route can provide reliable morphological criteria for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. |
