| 目的 分析和评价不同的倾斜角度CT扫描对显示腰椎间盘突出的价值。方法 对21个突出腰椎间盘以多个不同倾斜角度CT扫描,所测得的向后突出的数值与手术所见相对照。结果 相切于上下椎体缘层面之延长线的夹角的平分线层面符合性最好, 其次为平行于椎间盘中心层面和相切于下椎体上缘层面, 三个层面能最佳显示95%以上的腰椎间盘突出。结论 腰椎间盘突出的多角度CT扫描应常规包括上述三个层面,同时减少其他不必要的扫描层面,降低X线辐射量。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application of different CT scanning angles in lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse. Methods Twenty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse were examined by CT in a variety of angles. The assay of prolapse of intervertebral disc by four classic scanning angles was compared with surgical findings separately. Results The bisector between the margin of hyper- and hypo-vertebra was the best scanning angle, secondly were the center line of intervertebral disk or superior border of hypo-vertebra. They were compared with inferior border of hyper-vertebra, differences were significant. The three laminae can display the best effect in 95% patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse. Conclusion The three laminae can be the routine CT scanning angles in displaying the prolapse of intervertebral disc, for the X-ray radiation is the least. |
