| 目的 评价常规仰卧和俯卧过屈位CT对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值。方法 45例腰椎间盘突出症行常规仰卧和俯卧过屈位CT的配对检查。结果 45例腰椎间盘突出症中40例行手术治疗,5例行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术。两种治疗方法显示俯卧过屈位CT对揭示椎间盘突出物的大小,突出后缘的粘连程度及角度,黄韧带肥厚等均优于常规仰卧位CT。结论 俯卧过屈位CT能更多地显示腰椎间盘突出症的具体病理变化,对常规仰卧具有纠正和补充作用,有助于制定正确的治疗方案。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of lumber disc herniation (LDH) with supine and prone flexion CT. Methods Forty-five cases of LDH were examined by routine supine posture CT (SPCT) and prone flexion posture CT (PFPCT). Results Forty cases of LDH were treated by operation and 5 cases of LDH were treated by percutaneous lumber discoectomy (PLD).Two treatment results showed that PFPCT was superior to SPCT in showing adhered and ruptured LDH. Conclusion PFPCT showed the more detail pathological changes of LDH than SPCT and had correative and complementary role to SPCT,meanwhile PFPCT helped to make correct choice of the treatment method. |
