| 目的 用超声诊断引起婴儿脐部渗液的病因。方法 用超声对临床表现为脐部渗液的36例患儿进行检查。结果 1例超声诊断为卵黄管瘘,5例诊断为脐窦, 7例诊断为脐尿管瘘,3例诊断为脐尿管窦, 20例超声结果阴性病例中,4例为脐茸,以上均经手术病理证实,另外16例阴性病例经外科抗感染治疗后痊愈。结论 超声在诊断婴儿脐部渗液病因中具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To diagnose the causes of umbilical exudation in infant. Methods Thirty-six cases of clinical symptomized umbilical exudation in infant were examined by US. Results Among the 36 cases,1 of omphalomesenteric duct,5 of umbilical sinus,7 of patent urachus,3 of patent sinus were diagnosed by US and proved by surgery and pathology. Among the other 20 cases with negative ultrasound findings,4 of umbilical polyp were proved by surgery and pathology, and the rest 16 cases healed after antibiotic treatment. Conclusion US is of great value in diagnosing umbilical exudation in infant. |
