| 目的 比较超声与CT对结核性腹膜炎的诊断价值。方法 对16例结核性腹膜炎患者的超声及CT检查结果进行对照分析。结果 ①对于腹水,CT与超声的显示率无明显区别;②CT对腹水内分隔显示不如超声;③CT对腹膜增厚,肠管壁增厚,肠系膜网膜粘连的显示强于超声,对肠系膜网膜腹膜结节的显示较超声更为直观;④CT对显示脓肿的不规则壁及个数较为敏感。结论 超声对结核性腹膜炎初步诊断可提供较大帮助,由于CT对腹膜增厚和结核性结节的显示更清晰,结合超声和CT可作出更精确的结核性腹膜炎的诊断。 |

| Objective To compare the diagnostic value of US with that of CT for tuberculous peritonitis. Methods US and CT fingdings of 16 patients with tuberculous peritonitis were reviewed. Results ①US and CT showed the same number of patients with ascites;② US was better than CT in detecting fine septations in the ascitic fluid;③CT was more direct in finding peritoneal thickening and nodules in omental and bowel wall;④CT was more sensitive in detecting the wall of absesses and the number of them. Conclusion US can give great help in the first dignosis of tuberculous peritonitis,CT is clearer imaging in peritoneal thickening and nodular infiltration.The two imaging modalities should be used together for the accurate diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis. |
