| 目的 探讨小肠蛔虫病的CT表现,以提高对其CT征象的识别。方法 对5例小肠蛔虫的CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果 在阳性造影剂衬托下,蛔虫表现为肠腔内长条状或圆形相对低密度软组织影,2例见虫体内有高密度造影剂。蛔虫数量较多时,表现为平行长条形或圆形影或软组织充盈缺损团块。结论 小肠蛔虫病具有较为特异的CT表现;CT能正确诊断小肠蛔虫病。 |

| Objective To improve the ability of recognizing ascarides on CT images. Methods CT images of 5 patients with ascarides were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ascarides were demonstrated as a long strip or round shape with soft density in the contrast medium in small bowel.There is high contrast medium in the center of ascarides' body in two patients.Ascarides may manifest parallel strips or round shapes or filling detects when more than one ascaris were present. Conclusion Ascarides have characteristic features on CT images.Ascaridiasis of small bowel can be diagnosed correctly by CT. |
