| 目的 探讨超声引导经皮胆囊穿刺置管引流术(PGCD)在老年人急性胆囊炎中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析了超声引导下PGCD在1组16例老年人急性胆囊炎中的应用的临床资料,并与同期18例接受了胆囊切除术和8例手术胆囊造瘘术的急性胆囊炎老年患者的资料相比较。结果 胆囊切除术组和胆囊造瘘术组的手术并发症率和死亡率以及平均住院天数分别为38.9%、12.5%和11.1%、12.5%以及22.4天与32.0天,而PGCD组的并发症率和死亡率均为0,平均住院16.3天,其中胆囊切除术组和胆囊造瘘术组的手术并发症率和平均住院天数明显高于PGCD组,P＜0.05。结论 超声引导下PGCD是治疗老年人急性胆囊炎的有效、安全和简便的方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound guided percutaneous gallbladder catheterized drainage(PGCD) in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods The clinic data of sixteen elderly patients with acute cholecystitis treated by ultrasound guided PGCD were analyzed retrospectively, which were also compared with data of patients with acute cholecystitis treated by cholecystectomy in 18 cases and cholecystostomy in 8 cases respectively. Results The rates of complication and mortality as well as days of hospitalization were 38.9% and 11.1% as well as 22.4 days in the group of cholecystectomy, and 12.5% and 12.5% as well as 32.0 days in the group of cholecystostomy respectively, while both rates of the complication and mortality were zero in the group of ultrasound guided PGCD with 16.3 days as the days of hospitalization. Both rates of the complication and days of hospitalization were higher in the groups of cholecystectomy and cholecystostomy than those in the group of ultrasound guided PGCD, P＜0.05. Conclusion ultrasound guided PGCD is an effective, safe and easily operating method for the treatment of acute cholecystitis in elderly patients. |
