      目的 比较7F Hydrolyser和8F Oasis两种流变血栓清除导管在模拟股静脉的体外流体模型中的除栓效果,注入盐水量及回收液体量,以及与除栓过程相关的远端栓塞率。方法 用3天的猪血在模拟股静脉的体外流体模型中形成约20cm长的血栓栓塞,分别使用7F Hydrolyser导管和8F Oasis导管进行血栓清除(每组10例)。结果 平均除栓时间7F Hydrolyser为(30±8)s,8F Oasis为(48±16)s;平均注入盐水量7F Hydrolyser(118±32)ml,8F Oasis为(147±47)ml;平均回收液体量7F Hydrolyser(155±43)ml, 8F Oasis为(220±69)ml;注入盐水量与回收液体量的比值7F Hydrolyser 为0.76±0.05, 8F Oasis为0.66±0.02;血栓清除率7F Hydrolyser为(96.27±1.10)%,8F Oasis(97.21±0.73)%;除栓后远端微栓子形成率7F Hydrolyser为(3.57±1.13)%,8F Oasis(1.94±0.70)%。结论 两种流变除栓导管的血栓清除率均较高,在清除时间、回收液体量、注入量与回收液体量的比值方面7F Hydrolyser优于8F Oasis;在远端微栓子形成率方面8F Oasis优于7F Hydrolyser。

      Objective To compare the efficaies of two types of hydrodynamic thrombectomy catheters in the clot removal, the amount of applied saline and aspirated fluid, and the procedure-related particle embolization in a flow model simulating a femoral vein in vitro. Methods Thrombectomy of clots from 3-day-old porcine blood was performed with the hydrodynamic thrombectomy catheters (7F Hydrolyser and 8F Oasis) flow model in vitro that simulated femoral vein. Results Mean time of thrombectomy with 7F Hydrolyser was (30±8)s, and 8F Oasis (48±16)s. Mean amount of applied saline with 7F Hydrolyser was (118±32)ml, and 8F Oasis (147±47)ml. Mean amount of aspirated fluid with 7F Hydrolyser was(155±43)ml, and 8F Oasis(220±69)ml. The mean ratio of applied saline and aspirated fluid for the devices with 7F Hydrolyser was 0.76±0.05, and 8F Oasis 0.66±0.02. Mean clot removal rate with 7F Hydrolyser was (96.27±1.10)%, and 8F Oasis (97.21±0.73)%. Mean percentage of embolism from original thrombus with 7F Hydrolyser was (3.57±1.13)%, and 8F Oasis (1.94±0.70)%. Conclusion In the flow model in vitro that simulated a femoral vein, the mean clot removal rate was quite high with both of 7F Hydrolyser and 8F Oasis. However, the mean time of thrombectomy, the mean amount of aspirated fluid, and the ratio of applied saline and aspirated fluid with 7F Hydrolyser were better, and mean percentage of embolism from original thrombus with 8F Oasis was smaller.
