| 目的 探讨PTCA术后穿刺部位并发症的彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI) 特点。方法 30例PTCA术后患者,穿刺部位发现包块和/或听诊有血管杂音,常规彩超检查股总动脉、股浅动脉、股总静脉、股浅静脉及血管周围组织。结果 14例单纯血肿;5例假性动脉瘤;2例血肿伴深静脉血栓形成;1例动静脉瘘;8例动脉硬化改变(股总动脉、股浅动脉内大量斑块沉积)。结论 PTCA术后穿刺部位的各种并发症在二维及彩色多普勒血流显像方面有特征性改变;CDFI在诊断及随访各种并发症方面有重要作用。 |

| Objective To discuss the characteristics of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) of the complications caused by percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA),which were located in the punctural region. Methods Thirty patients who were found a mass or/and vascular murmur in the punctural region were examined by ultrasonography.The common femoral artery,the superficial femoral artery,the common femoral vein,the superficial femoral vein and the tissue around the vessels were observed. Results There were 14 patients with heamatoma,5 patients with pseudo-aneurysm,2 patients with heamatoma with DVT,1 patient with arteriovenous fistula and 8 patients with femoral arterio-sclerosis. Conclusion The two-dimensional and pulsed Doppler ultrasonography findings of the complications following PTCA have their characteristics.CDFI is of importance in monitoring the complications. |
