| 目的 探讨介入性超声对肺边缘性实质性病变的诊断价值,以及超声诊断符合率。 方法 超声导向下对513例肺边缘性实质性病变采用针吸细胞学穿刺及组织学活检。 结果 介入超声对肺边缘性实质性病变的超声诊断符合率为92.8%。 结论 介入超声对肺边缘性实质性病变诊断率高,为肺边缘性实质性病变的首选诊断方法之一。 |

| Objective To study the diagnostic value of the interventional ultrasound to the direct-explored pulmonary marginal parenchymatous lesion and the corresponding rate of ultrasound diagnosis. Methods Total 513 cases of pulmonary marginal parenchymatous lesion were punctured and taken the sample for biopsy under the guidance of ultrasound. Results The corresponding rate of ultrasound diagnosis to pulmonary marginal parenchymatous lesion by puncturing and biopsy under the guidance of ultrasound was 92.8%.Conclusion The rate of confirmed diagnosis to pulmonary marginal parenchy lesion under the guidance of ultrasound is high,and it is one of the best methods to the diagnosis of the diseases. |
