      目的 探讨肝癌瘤内无水乙醇注射量、注射时间间隔与疗效以及纤维隔生成关系。 方法 取人肝癌SMMC-7721裸鼠皮下移植24只,随机分为乙醇量化短间隔组 (A组)、乙醇量化长间隔组(B组)、乙醇少量长间隔组(C组)各8只,全部裸鼠在接种10天后瘤内注射无水乙醇,每组均共计注射2次。各组均在末次注射后5天处死,取肿瘤组织分别行病理组织学、电镜检查,治疗前后分别采用高频超声测量肿瘤三径并计算肿瘤生长指数。所有实验均在双盲条件下进行。 结果 A组与B组肿瘤生长指数(分别为0.072±0.018与0.094±0.028)均明显低于C组(1.982±0.482)(P<0.01),A、B二组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。病理组织学见A组肿瘤坏死变性严重,坏死面积大于80%的占87.5%。C组无一例坏死达80%以上。电镜观察A组绝大部分呈凝固性坏死,未见残留癌细胞,B组于肿瘤周边可见残留癌细胞与少量炎症细胞与纤维组织。C组周边癌细胞生长旺盛,并有炎症细胞浸润与纤维束形成。 结论 无水乙醇治疗肝癌量化与短时间间隔(3~5天一次)注射对提高疗效有重要作用。

      Objective To detect the relationship between the absolute ethanol injecting quantity as well as the interval in treatment of hepatocancer and the curative effect along with the forming of fibreboard. Methods Twenty-four human hepatic cancer SMMC-7721 transplantation nude mice were randomly divided into three groups,which were quantified ethanol with short interval group (QESI)and quantified ethanol with long interval group (QELI) and small quantity of ethanol,that meant half quantity of ethnol as used in the QESI,with long interval group (SQLI). Every group contained 8 patterns. Ten days after the transplantation the absolute ethanol was injected into the tumors of all the nude mice. The ethonal was injected into the tumors of the mice of the QESI every 5 days. The tumors of both QELI and SQLI were injected every 10 days. All the mice were injected two times. Five days after the second injection the nude mice were killed. The tumor tissue was sent for pathologic histology and electron microscope examination. The three diameters of the tumor were measured with high frequency ultrasound before and after the therapeutics and the tumor growth index (TGI) was calculated. The experiment was carried out in a double blind method. Results The tumor growth indexes of QESI (0.072±0.018) and QELI (0.094±0.028) were apparently lower than that of SQLI (1.982±0.482) (P<0.01). The TGI of QESI seemed to be lower than that of QELI,but they were not different markedly (P>0.05). The severe degeneration and necrosis could be seen in QESI under the pathologic histology examination. The necrosis areas of SQLI were all less than 80%. Coagulate necrosis could be seen in most of the tumors of QESI and there was no residuary cancer cells in sight under electronic microscope,while the residuary cancer and inflammation cells and fibre tissue could be seen around the tumors of QELI. In SQLI the cancer cells grew luxuriantly in the peripheral areas of the tumor,and infiltration of the inflammation cells could be seen and the fibre tissues formed. Conclusion It is of significance in improving the curative effect that treating hepatocancer with quantified ethanol in a short interval of 3-5 days.
