| 目的 分析≤3cm周围型小肺癌的CT表现。方法 回顾性分析了47例病理证实的≤3cm周围型小肺癌的SCT、HRCT表现。结果 支气管气像、空泡征和磨玻璃样改变见于肺泡癌和腺癌,空洞只见于鳞癌。与2~3cm病灶相比,≤2cm病灶中支气管气像、空泡征和磨玻璃样改变出现率较高,而分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征出现率较低。结论 HRCT显示病灶内部结构和边缘形态明显优于SCT。CT表现与病理分型和病变大小有一定联系。 |

| Objective To analyze the appearance of small peripheral Lung cancers (≤3cm in diameter) on CT. Methods Results of CT and pathology on 47 cases with small Lung cancer (≤3cm in diameter) were retrospectively reviewed. Results Vacuole sign,air-bronchogram and ground-glass attenuation were more often seen in bronchioalveolar carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.Cavity formation was seen in squamous carcinoma only.Speculation,lobulation,indentation and vessel concentration were seen in all of lung cancer with the lesion measuring 2-3cm in diameter.However,vacuole sign,air-bronchogram and ground-glass attenuation were more common than speculation,lobulation,indentation and vessel concentration seen in the lesion <2cm in diameter. Conclusion HRCT is superior to spiral CT in demonstrating the characteristic sign of small lung cancer.The CT appearances were well correlated with the type of histology and the size of the lung cancer. |
