      目的 探讨声学密度定量技术(AD)在川崎病早期冠状动脉损害的改变及其临床意义。方法 川崎病急性期超声心动图检查冠状动脉有囊样、瘤样改变的15例(川崎病Ⅰ组),超声心动图检查冠状动脉内径正常、壁回声异常的20例(川崎病Ⅱ组),正常对照组30例,测定左室后壁心包组织及左、右冠状动脉壁的组织背向散射积分(IBS)。用冠脉壁IBS和心包IBS比值,作为冠脉壁校正IBS(IB%)。结果 ①各组之间心包IBS差异无统计学意义。②川崎病Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组冠脉壁IBS值和IB%值均明显大于正常对照组P<0.01。结论 声学密度定量技术有助于在早期检出冠状动脉病变,对早期和非典型川崎病的诊断具有重要价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the role of Acoustic densitometry technique in detecting the changes of coronary arteries and its clinical significance in patients with Kawasaki disease (KD) at early stage. Methods Thirty-five KD patients and thirty normal children were classified into three groups according to the following standard. Dilatation of coronary artery (15 cases) was put into group Ⅰ,coronary artery with normal diameter and enhanced wall echo (20 cases) into group Ⅱ,and normal coronary artery (30 cases) into control group. In all the patients,the integrated backscatter (IBS) of left and right coronary arteries was measured and IB% (IBS of coronary artery divided by IBS of epicardium) was calculated for further analysis. Results The IBS and IB% in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01),while the difference of IBS and IB% between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was of no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Acoustic densitometry technique is helpful to detect the changes of coronary artery,which is of great value to diagnose the atypical Kawasaki disease at early stage.
