| 目的 探讨动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵术后溶血的发生原因和处理方法。方法 3例患者，PDA最窄处直径分别为7.5mm、10mm和11mm，经静脉途径置入10／8、16/14mm直径 Amplatzer PDA封堵器和18mm直径Amplatzer房间隔封堵器。结果 3例患者分别于术后17h、18h和55min发生溶血。分别采用手术、药物治疗及取出封堵器的方法，患者溶血均消失。结论 PDA封堵术后溶血的发生与术后残余分流有关，及时有效地处理后疗效满意。 |

| ObJective To evaluate the cause and treatments of hemolysis after occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Methods Three patients suffered from PDA with the minimum diameter being 7.5,10 and 11mm.Two Amplatzer PDA occluders (10/8,16/14mm) and an 18mm ASD Amplatzer were implanted by transvenous route. Results In each 17h,18h and 55min after occlusion,the patients developed hemolysis.The hemolysis was resolved after surgery,conservative therapy and retrieval of the device respectively. Conclusion Hemolysis is strongly related to the occurrence of residue after PDA occlusion.With appropriate treatments,the prognosis of hemolysis is satisfatory. |
