| 目的 开展血管内介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死的新技术,并从临床症状与影像学的改变,对其疗效加以评价。方法 对32例股骨头缺血坏死的病人采用Seldinger's股动脉穿刺技术,超选择旋股内、外动脉、闭孔动脉造影拍片并灌注溶通血管的药物,对治疗前后股骨头区做血管造影。观察血管改变与治疗前后CT复查坏死股骨头的改变,加以分析对比。结果 顺利地开展了股骨头缺血坏死的血管内介入治疗。治疗后供应股骨头区的血管增粗、增长、增多,血管网增密。复查CT显示:股骨头区囊状骨坏死变小,内有新骨形成,股骨头与颈呈现成骨征象。结论 血管内介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死疗效明显,而且微创,有条件者应积极开展此项技术。 |

| Objective To evaluate the values of intravascular interventional therapy (IIT) for treatmeat of aseptic necrosis of femoral head through clinical symptoms and imaging changes. Methods Thirty-two patients were adopted Seldinger's puncture technique,and thromlytic agents were injected before and after therapy.Changes of vessels and necrosis femoral head before and after therapy were observed and analyzed. Results IIT for the treatment of aseptic necrosis of femoral head was done successfully.After therapy,the vessels of femoral head became thicker,longer and more.CT showed that cystiform necrosis areas became smaller and new bones appeared in the head and neck of femora. Conclusion IIT for treatment of aseptic of femoral head is an effective and slightly invasive technique,so it should be promoted actively if possible. |
