| 目的 探讨卵巢特异性性索间质肿瘤的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 对11例经手术病理证实的卵巢特异性性索间质肿瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 肿瘤均为单发,体积较大,边界清楚,密度不均。结论 CT表现能清楚地显示肿瘤的部位及病变结构特点,有比较特征性表现,对本病具有较高的诊断价值。 |

| Purpose To study the findings and the diagnostic value of CT in ovarian gonadal sex cord stromal tumor. Methods The CT appearances in 11 cases of ovarian gonadal sex cord stromal tumor,which had been proved by operation,were analyzed. Results In every case,the tumor on CT ws single in lesion,with a larger size,clear boundary,and inhomogenous density. Conclusion As position and pathological changes of the tumors can be imaged clearly,CT is valuable in diagnosing them. |
