| 目的 研究正常人体腰椎骨髓MRI信号随年龄、性别变化的类型及其规律。方法 随机选择了436例正常腰椎的MRI照片,以T1WI为重点,进行回顾性观察,将腰椎内出现的信号变化归类总结,与年龄及性别的关系做统计学处理。结果 依据椎体内信号的不同将其分为四型(九亚型),统计学显示信号形态与年龄有关与性别无关。结论 腰椎椎体内的MRI信号随年龄而变化,了解其形态及变化规律对正确认识正常腰椎骨髓及病变的鉴别诊断有极其重要的意义。 |

| Purpose To investigate the signal of the bone marrow of normal lumbar vertebra related to the age and sex. Methods Four hundred and thirty-six MRI studies of the normal lumbar vertebra were retrospectively reviewed to assess the variation of the signal.T1 weighted images were mainly evaluated,and the results were correllated with the patients' age and sex statistically. Results The bone marrow patterns were divided into 4 types (9 subtypes).Statistical analysis demonstrated that the variation of bone marrow appearances were related to age,but not to sex. Conclusion The MRI signal of normal lumbar vertebra is influenced by age.Knowledge of the different patterns may serve as a practical aid in the interpretation of MRI examination of the normal and abnormal lumbar vertebra. |
