| 目的 分析前列腺癌骨转移的临床及影像学表现,探讨其临床及影像学特点和诊断价值。方法 经病理证实的前列腺癌骨转移病例共10例,年龄43~85岁,平均74.7岁,对其X线、CT、MRI表现进行回顾性分析。10例均做了X线平片检查,2例做了CT和MRI检查,3例做了骨核素扫描。结果 在前列腺癌骨转移病例中,先发现骨转移,然后查出原发病灶者8例,先发现原发病灶,然后查出骨转移者2例。其中成骨型转移8例,混合型2例。结论 前列腺癌属于亲骨性肿瘤,极易发生骨转移,成骨型多见。临床上以发病年龄较大,多数先发现转移病灶,后发现原发病灶为特点。影像特点:以骨盆和脊柱为主的向心性转移多见。X线、CT、MRI、核素扫描相结合对于发现和诊断本病具有重要意义和价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the importance of imaging diagnosis in prostate carcinoma with bone metastasis by analyzing its clinical behavior and imaging appearance. Methods The results of pathology (10/10),X-ray (10/10),CT and MRI (2/10),nuclide scanning (3/10) on 10 patients with bone metastasis from prostate carcinoma were retrospectively reviewed. Results The first site of detected lesions was bone metastasis in 8 cases.The original lesion was found in the prostate before bone metastasis in 2 cases.In terms of pathological type of prostate carcinoma,there were 8 cases with osteogeresis and 2 cases with mixed type in this study. Conclusion The bone metastasis is very common in prostate carcinoma since its osteophilic nature,so the bone metastasis could be the first imaging findings in some cases.The main central metastasis is located in the spine and pelvis. |
