| 目的 探讨小肠间质肉瘤的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析12例经手术和病理证实的小肠间质肉瘤的临床和CT检查资料。结果 12例中,10例肿块直径大于5cm,7例有气体和造影剂进入肠袢间软组织肿块的坏死囊腔内,5例伴有肠梗阻或肠套叠,10例周围肠管及脏器有不同程度受压、移位。结论 CT能清楚地显示小肠间质肉瘤的全貌,以及病变与周围脏器的关系,但对小肠间质肉瘤的定性方面有一定的局限性。 |

| Objective To study the features and value of CT in diagnosis of intestinal mesenchymosarcoma. Methods The clinical manifestation and CT features of 12 cases of intestinal mesenchymosarcoma,which were diagnosed by operation and pathology,were analysed. Results Of the 12 cases,ten were should soft tissue mass in the loops of small intestinal,with diameter of mass larger than 5cm.Seven were showed gas and contrast medium in the necrotic cysts of soft tissue mass in the loops.Five cases were found intestinal obstraction or intussusception.Ten were manifested compression and displacement of peripheral intestinal canals and organs. Conclusion CT could show intestinal mesenchymosarcoma clearly and its relation with other organs,but was not very good in the qualitative diagnosis. |
