| 目的 探讨视网膜脱离(RD)患者眼底血流的变化,并对RD患者手术前、后的眼底血流对比分析,推测手术方式对视网膜血流的影响。方法 运用彩色多普勒血流显像技术检测38例46只RD患者眼底各条动脉的血流并与66只健眼做对比;测量18例接受手术治疗的RD患者眼底视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的各项血流参数并做手术前、后比较。结果 RD组的CRA与健眼组对比血流速度各项参数均下降(P＜0.05),阻力指数显著增高(P＜0.001);网脱带上大多数可探及血流信号,其流速低于CRA;18例RD患者手术后CRA血流测值较术前均有变化,但无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 ①RD患者CRA血流速度下降,阻力增高。②网脱带上的血流信号可鉴别玻璃体内的机化条索与视网膜脱离。③简易环扎术式对RD患者眼底血流无不良影响。 |

| Objective To evaluate blood flow of the fundus oculi in the patients with retinal detachment (RD).The changes of blood flow parameter at post-operation were compared with preoperation. Methods The results of blood flow of the fundus oculi artery on color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) from 46 eyes in 38 patients with RD were compared with 66 healthy eyes in the control group.Blood flow of central retinal artery (CRA) in 18 patients underwent surgery was measured and compared at pre and post operation. Results There was statistically significant difference of CRA blood flow between the patients with RD and healthy group.The blood flow was decreased in the patients with RD (P<0.05),resistance index (RI) was increased (P<0.001).The flow velocity in RD belts was lower than CRA.The circulation of the retina was improved by the operation,however which had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion ①Blood flow of CRA was decreased and RI was increased in the patients with RD;② Blood flow in RD belt was useful for distinguishing RD from sclerotic belt in vitreous body;③Simple ring ligation had no side affect on blood flow of fundus oculi in the patients with RD. |
