| 目的
探讨MRI移床跟踪造影扫描技术在
腹腔、盆腔和下肢动脉疾病中的应用价值。方法 对11例疑有
腹腔、盆腔和下肢动脉疾病患者,应用移床跟踪造影扫描技术,行腹腔、盆腔和下肢动脉增
强MRA扫描及最大信号强度投影(MIP)技术重建,从而获得腹腔、盆腔和下肢连续的动脉全程
图像。 结果 11例患者均获得清晰图像,可直观、完整地显示腹腔、
盆腔和下肢的动脉正常结构和疾病分布情况。结论 MRI移床
跟踪造影扫描技术,可以全面地观察腹腔、盆腔和下肢多发性动脉疾病,了解病变的程度及
范围,利于手术及其他治疗方案的制定,极具临床实用价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of
MRI MobiTrak technique in abdominal, pelvic
and low limbs arterial diseases. Methods Eleven cases suspected of abd
ominal, pelvic and low limbs vessels disease underwent en
hanced magnetic resonance angiography and got
whole vessels of abdomen、 pelvis or low
limbs vessels with maximum intensity projecti
on. Results All of 11 cases g
ot clear images and the vessels could
be perfectly shown. Conclusion MobiTrack
technique is an effective method to hel
p make a preoperative planning. |
