| 目的
讨论经导管动脉栓塞治
疗创伤性出血的方法和临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析了1995年1月至2002年1
月治疗的27例患者的出血部位、损伤血管,典型造影表现、栓塞材料、栓塞部位及随访结
果等资料。结果 27例患者均完全治愈,无组织器官坏死等并发症,未
发生再出血。结论 经导管超选择栓塞治疗创伤性出血简便易行,疗效肯
定。 |

| Objective To
discuss the means and clinic value of transcatheter arterial emboliza
tion in traumatogenic hemorrhage. Methods Bleeding site,traumatized blood vessel, arteriographic character,
embolized material, embolized part and following-up outcome in 27 c
ases from January 1995 to January 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were
cured, no complication and recurrent hemorrhag
e. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial embolization with
foam and/or coil is an appropriate and useful treatment in traumatogenic hemorrh
age. |
