| 目的 了解鼻咽癌颈部转移淋巴结放疗期间血供变化与其放射
疗效之间的关系。方法
鼻咽癌伴颈淋巴结转移初诊患者54例,均采用放射治疗。应用彩色多普勒超声检测颈部转
移淋巴结放疗前、放疗中(20Gy时)的血供情况,并定期检查颈淋巴结转移灶的消退程度和
速度。结果 鼻咽癌颈部转移淋巴结放疗期间血供改善情况与病灶
消退程度和近期疗效呈正相关(P<0.05);与其本身的大小呈负相关(P
<0.05)。结论 彩色多普
勒超声对鼻咽癌颈部转移淋巴结放疗期间血供变化情况的监测,有可能作为初步预测放疗效
果的指标之一。 |

| Objective To evaluate the relationship between the ch
ange of blood supply during the radiotherapy and curative effect of cervical lym
ph nodes metastased from nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods The metastatic cervical lymph nodes in 44 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied with color Doppler flowing imaging (CDFI) by measuring the blood supply before and during (20Gy) radiotherapy.The regressive degrees and rates were regularly checked. Results The study showed that the
change of blood supply during the radiotherapy was positively correlated with curative effect (P<0.05),
while the size of cervical lymph nodes was oppositively correl
ated with the change of blood supply during the radiotherapy (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Measuring with CDFI for the change of metastatic cervical lymph nodes' blood
supply during the radiotherapy may be one of the targets of initial calculation
radiation effect. |
