HTSS]脊柱转移瘤和结核多累及胸椎及腰椎,两个部位无明显差异,颈椎累及少见。 MR

号呈多样化,椎体的信号多表现为长T1长T2,信号的改变对二者的鉴别诊断无明显意义,
GRE T2WI序列显示两种病变都很敏感。[HTH]结论 SE T1WI、T2WI和GRE T2WI对
脊柱转移瘤和结核的信号变化
显示很敏感,结合病变的形态改变,包括椎体、附件、椎间盘和相邻软组织,能对脊柱转移瘤
和结核的诊断及鉴别诊断提供帮助。 |

| Objective To analyze the MR manifestations of spinal metastases and spondylocace,
and to evaluate the diagnostic and differentially diagnostic effects of
low field MR for the diseases. Methods
The MR data of 50 cases of spinal metastases and 50 cases of spondylocace confirmed pathologically were analyzed re
trospectively. Results The thoracic and lumbar
spine were involved most by the lesions,and had long T1、long T2 signal
intensity without diffrentionally diagnostic significance. GRE T2WI sequence had
high sensitivity for both diseases. Conclusion
The high sensitivity of signal intensity combined with morphology of spinal lesio
ns on low field strength MR SE T1WI,T2WI and GRE T2WI could give the diagnostic
and differentially diagnostic effects for spinal metastases and spondylocace. |
