目的 评价CT重建技术在寰枢椎病变诊断及治疗观察中的应用。方法 67例寰枢
椎病变患者,在常规轴位扫描的基础上根据临床需要进行矢状、冠状或任意平面的重建,观
察寰枢椎结构、关系;术后植骨融合;术后内固定位置等。结果 67例中,
术前观察寰枢椎
发育畸形及寰枢椎脱位12例、寰枢椎骨折9例、寰枢椎骨质破坏10例;术后观察植骨融合20
例、内固定螺钉位置14例、手术切除范围2例,均清楚显示。结论 CT重建
技术能够
提供寰枢椎各个角度的影像信息,对于寰枢椎各类病变的影像诊断及治疗观察很有帮助。 |

Purpose
To evaluate the clinical usefulness of CT multiplan
reconstruction in the atlas and axis disease. Methods
Sixty-seven cases of atlas-axis abnormalities underwent CT scan,
multiplan reconstruction (MPR) were done on the base of axial scan, the cons
truction and relationship of atlas and axis as well as the transplant bone were observed. Results Among the sixty-seven ca
ses, twelve cases of atlas-axis dislocation or malformation, nine cases of atlas
-axis fracture and ten cases of bone destruction were evaluated before operation
s; twenty cases of bone transplantation, fourteen cases of screw position and tw
o cases of resection rang were observed after operations. All information was
shown clearly on the MPR images. Conclusion CT reco
nstruction can provide images on different orientations, so it is helpful to evalua
te atlas-axis abnormalities. |
