| 目的
探讨臀高头低位CT扫描对贲门癌术前分期的应用价值。方法 利用自制可
调式角
度板对80例贲门癌患者行臀高头低位CT扫描进行术前分期。结果 80例中C
T术前临床分期正
确率为82.5％。手术的67例中T、N、M分期正确率分别为77.6％、78.1％和91％;肿瘤对周
围脏器侵犯的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为:76.5％、96％、91％,手术切除率95.5％。
结论 臀高头低位CT扫描对贲门癌术前分期有重要价值,可提高手术切除
率。 |

| Objective To study the value of position of buttocks higher than he
ad in CT scan in preoperative staging of cardiac carcinoma. Methods There were 80 case
s with cardiac carcinoma proved by both double-contrast barium examination and e
ndoscopy examination.CT scans were performed in all cases at the position of butt
ocks higher than head by adjustable-angle boards.Sixty-seven cases were correlated with o
perative and pathologic findings. Results The total accuracy of C
T scan of 80 cases in determining clinical-staging was 82.5%(66/80).
The accuracy of 67 cases in determining T, N, M-staging was 77.6%, 78.1% and 91
%
. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in determining regional invasion were
76.5%, 96%, 91%respectively. The resectability was 95.5%. Conclusion The position of buttocks higher than head CT scan in
preoperative staging of cardiac carcinoma is of great
value and can improve the resectability. |
