| 目的 探讨脾脏淋巴瘤的CT表现。
方法 回顾性分析7例经病理证实的脾脏淋巴瘤的CT平扫和增强资料。结果
4例显示为多发结节或肿块(2~10cm),平扫低密度,无明显强化;3例显示为巨块
型(>10cm),平扫密度欠均匀,有不均匀强化;6例继发,1例原发。结论
CT对脾脏淋巴瘤有较高诊断价值。 |

| Objective
To study the CT findings of splenic lymphoma. Methods
Plain and enhanced CT scanning were performed in 7 patients with pathologically
proved splenic lymphoma, and the data were retro
spectively analysed. Results Four cases showed multifocal hypodense
masses in varying size (2-10cm) without significant enhancement.Three cases showed a
solitary large mass (>10cm) with uneven enhancement.Six cases were secondary and one was primary splenic lymphoma respectively. Conclusion CT is very helpful in th
e diagnosis of splenic lymphoma. |
