| 目的 比较杓型与非杓型原发性高血压(EH)患者的心脏结构、功能改
变的不同。方法 根据夜间血压下降率分组,对388例EH患者进行24h动
态血压监测(ABPM
)和超声心动图(UCG)检查。结果 非杓型组24h SBP、24h DBP、
nSBP、nDBP均显著高于杓型组,IVS、PW、LVM、LVMI、LAD、A、ATVI、A/E显著增加,而FS
、ESV显著降低。结论 非杓型组夜间血压显著高于杓型组,左室肥厚(LVH)
及舒张功能减退(LVDF)比杓型组更严重。 |

| Objective To compare the cardiac structure,funct
ion of dippers with nondippers in patients with EH. M
ethods Three hundred and eighty-eight patients with EH were divided into two groups according
to the night blood pressure fall rate.Different parameters of UCG,A
BP were measured to investigate the differences. R
esults The levels of 24h SBP,24h DBP,nSBP,nDBP,IVS,PW,LVM,LVMI,
LAD,A,ATVI,A/E,ET of nondippers in patients with EH were significantly higher t
han that of dippers.The values of FS,ESV of nondippers EH were
significantly lower than that of dippers. Conclusion Night blood
pressure levels of nondippers in patients with EH are significantly higher than
that of dippers.The extents of LVH,LVDF of nondippers are s
ignificantly worse than those of dippers. |
