| 目的 探讨生理性舒张功能减退与早期舒张性心力衰竭的鉴别依据。
方法 应用多普勒超声心动图观察3460例不同年龄和心率健康人的二尖瓣
血流频谱,其中男1413例,
女2047例,年龄16~97岁,按年龄分为16~、30~、40~、50~、
60~、>70岁共6组,每组再根据心率分为50~、60~、70~、80~、90~次/分共5组。 结果 随
年龄增长,舒张早期血流(E波)的峰值流速(EPFV)减慢(P=0.000<0.01);心
房收缩期血流
(A波)的峰值流速(APFV)加快(P=0.000<0.01),E/A比值下降(P
=0.000<0.01)。随心率
加快,心房收缩期血流(A波)的峰值流速(APFV)加快(P=0.000<0.01),E/A比
值下降(P=0
.000<0.01)。建立年龄和心率综合分析的量表。结论 年龄和心率是影响
左室舒张功能的重要因素,在诊断早期舒张性心力衰竭时必须予以考虑。 |

| Objective To investigate the differences betw
een decreased left ventricular diastolic function and diastolic heart failure in
early stage. Methods Doppler echocardiography was performed in 3
460 healthy subjects with different heart rate and age.The subjects were divided into 16-, 30-, 40-, 50-, 60-, >70 six age groups according to their age,and 50-, 60-, 70-, 80-, 90- five groups according to t
heir heart rates. Results With increasing age,peak flow veloci
ty of early diastole (EPFV) decreased and peak flow velocity of atrial contraction (
APFV) increased (P=0.000<0.01). With increasing heart rate,peak
flow veloci
ty of early diastole (EPFV) decreased (P=0.000<0.01) but peak flow ve
locity of at
rial contraction (APFV) did not change. Whether increasing age or increasing hear
t rate,the ratio between EPFV and APFV all significantly decreased(P=0.000<0
.01). General analysis data criteria had been established. Conclusion
Age and heart rate are important factors in influencing left ventricular
diastolic function. It must be considered when we diagnose diastolic heart failure
in early stage. |
