| 目的
探讨晚期宫颈癌介入治疗的临床疗效。方法 96例晚期宫颈
癌分为,介入插管化疗栓塞组和放射治疗组,每组48例。结果 介入插管化
疗栓塞组症状缓解、肿块消退、Ⅱ期手术、 3年和5年生存率明显优于放射治疗组。两组之间有显著性差
异(P<0.01)。副反应中胃肠道反应,血白细胞减少两组无明显差异。结论 介入插管化疗栓塞治疗晚期宫颈癌,是一种提高疗效及生存质量,副反应小的有效方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the curative effect of interventional therapy on terminal cervical carcinoma. Methods Ninety-six
cases of terminal cervical carcinoma were divided into two groups (group Ⅰ:intervention,chemical medicine and blocked with gelstinsponge.groupⅡ:radiotherapy).There were 48 cases in each group.
Results In group Ⅰ,the symtoms were relieved and tumour masses disappeared or shrinked.Ⅱ phase operation on the cases was performed.Survival rates of 3 and 5 years were higher than group Ⅱ.There were diference between two groups significantly (P<0.01).There were no difference of gastrointestinal reactions and WBC counts between the two groups. Conclusion It is an efficient method of increasing the survival rate and curative effects by intervention of chemical medicine and block of gelatin sponge.The recent effects and later results were satisfactory. |
