| 目的 评价自动活检针在胸部介入性诊断中的应用价值。方法 应用Cook公司生产的Quick-Core自动活检针在CT导向下对69个胸部病变进行了活检。结果 69个病灶共进行了126
次穿刺,21G活检针穿刺取材成功率为81%(56/69),18G活检针成功率为100%。良性病变10个,恶性病变59个。恶性病变中57个病灶阳性,2个假阴性,敏感性97%(57/59),特异性100%。结论 自动活检针安全、高效、操作简便可常规应用于CT导向下胸部介入性诊断。 |

| Objective To define the value of automatic biopsy needle in the
interventional diagnosis of chest (IDC). Methods Sixty-nine lesions were p
erformed percutaneous biopsy on chest with automatic biopsy needle. Results One hundred and six biopsies were performed in the 69 lesions,the successful biopsy rate was 81%(56/69) with 21G needles and 100% with 18G needles.There were 10 benign lesions,and 59 maligna
nt lesions among which 2 lesions were not diagnosed,the sensitivity of biopsy was 9
7%,and the specificity was 100%. Conclusion Automatic biopsy nee
dle is a safe,effective and easy operated,which can be used in the conventional CT-guided IDC. |
