| 目的 探讨超声心动图在右室双出口(DORV)诊断和分型中的价值和方法。方法 回顾性分析61例DORV患者的超声诊断,并与手术结果对照。结果 61例中,超声诊断57例,诊断率达93.4%。其中,超声心动图对SDD、SDS、SDL、SLL、ILL型DORV诊断符合率较好。结论 超声心动图诊断DORV的符合率高并且能具体指出其分型,是诊断DORV的一种准确、无创、首选的检查方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the value and method of echocardiography in diagnosing double outlet of right ventricle (DORV) and its types. Methods Sixty-one patients with DORV proven by surgery were analyzed retrospectively.The preoperative echocardiographic findings were compared with the surgical results. Results Fifty-seven of them were diagnosed correctly by echocardiography preoperatively.The diagnostic rate was fairly high as 93.4%.So was the diagnostic rate in confirming type SDD,SDS,SDL,SLL,ILL. Conclusion Echocardiography is of great value in diagnosing of DORV and defining its types.It is an accurate,noninvasive and initial method in diagnosing DORV. |
