目的 探讨磁共振单克隆抗体靶向对比剂的制备方法。 方法 以葡聚糖为载体,采用氧化法制备靶向磁性微粒。 结果 制备的磁性纳米微粒与单抗相比保持了较高的结合活性和免疫活性。 结论 合成CEA单克隆抗体标记磁性微粒,保证了结合活性免疫活性,为活体动物实验奠定了基础。 |

Objective To evaluate the preparation of the MRI target contrast agent of PEG-magnetite particles coated with CL-3 monoclonal antibody. Methods Regarding dextran as carriers, the target magnetite particle was prepared by the periodate procedure. Results A nanometer of magnetite particles coated with CL-3 monoclonal antibody has a higher combination activation and immune activation compared with unbound McAb. Conclusion The target contrast agent of PEG-magnetite particle coated with CEA monoclonal antibody, guarantee to combine the immune activation of activation, has established the foundation for animal's experiment of living body. |
