| 目的 探讨肺动脉与主动脉环部内径比值法(PA/Ao)评估肺动脉压的临床价值。 方法 对142例心间隔缺损患者应用二维超声心动图测定主动脉及肺动脉环部内径并计算其比值与术中所测肺动脉收缩压进行比较。 结果 PA/Ao 比值与术中测量肺动脉收缩压密切相关(r=0.91,P<0.001),PA/Ao比值≥1.3提示肺动脉高压,比值越高,肺动脉压越高。 结论 PA/Ao比值法对心间隔缺损患者合并肺动脉高压的评估可靠,有临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical value of PA/Ao ratio in evaluating the pulmonary pressure. Methods Annular internal diameters of the pulmonary artery and the aorta in 142 patients with the secundum atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect were surveyed by the two-dimensional echocardiography and their ratios were calculated and compared with the pulmonary pressure measured in the surgery. Results The results showed that values of pulmonary systolic pressure measured by both methods had a good correlation (r=0.91, P<0.001). The PA/Ao ratio≥1.3 indicated the presence of pulmonary hypertension(PH). The value of the ratio had a positive relation with the degree of the PH. Conclusion The PA/Ao ratio may be used as an assistant marker for estimating the PH in the patients with intracardiac septal defect. |
