| 目的 探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图检测心肌缺血的安全性及可行性。方法 对112例可疑冠心病患者行多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图检查。结果 阳性24例、可疑阳性18例、阴性70例。无严重副作用发生。结论 多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图是检测心肌缺血的安全可用的方法。 |

| Objective To assess the safety and feasibility of Dobutamine stress echocardiography (Dob-Echo) in detection of myocardial ischaemia. Methods Dob-Echo was performed in 112 patients with suspected coronary artery disease. Results Dob-Echo positive reaction was found in 24 cases, suspicous in 18 cases and negative in 70 cases. No serious complications occurred during the tests. Conclusion Dob-Echo is a safe and feasible method in detection of myocardial ischaemia. |
