| 目的 研究主动脉弓离断三联症合并右室双出口的影像学表现。 方法 回顾性分析2例主动脉弓离断三联症合并右室双出口的X线胸片、超声心动图、心导管检查、心血管造影及1例电子束CT(EBCT)、另1例磁共振(MRI)扫描资料。 结果 两例均为主动脉弓离断、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭合并右室双出口伴重度肺动脉高压。本组两例行X线胸片、超声心动图检查均被误诊和漏诊。 结论 心血管造影是诊断该类复杂畸形最可靠的方法,并有助于治疗方案的选择。 |

| Objective To evaluate the imaging features of interrupted aortic arch (IAA) with double outlet of right ventricle(DORV). Methods Two cases of IAA with DORV were analyzed retrospectively, including X-ray chest film, echocardiography, right cardiac catheterization, and angiography. One patient underwent EBCT and the other patient underwent MRI scanning. Results Right cardiac catheterization and angiocardiography showed that interrupted aortic arch (IAA), ventricular septal defect (VSD), patent ductus arterious (PDA), doble outlet of right ventricle (DORV) with severe pulmonary hypertension. Both the cases were misdiagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography and X-ray plain film. Conclusion Angiocardiography is the most reliable method in the diagnosis of this complex anomaly and is helpful in slection of treatment guidelines for this anomaly. |
