      目的 探讨椎动脉螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)扫描和重建方法。方法 200例临床诊断为椎-基动脉供血不足患者行SCTA检查。采用多平面容积重建(MPVR)和表面遮盖法重建(SSD),及MPVR基础上的电影回放方式显示。40例一周内行DSA检查。结果 扫描延迟时间为25.6~29.5s,MPVR+电影回放判断椎动脉正常286根(76.9%),Ⅱ-Ⅲ度扭曲88根(23.7%),发育不良17根(4.6%),局限性狭窄28根(7.4%),局限性钙化15根(4.0%),与DSA基本相符。结论 MPVR+电影回放为椎动脉SCTA的最佳显示方法。

      Objective To discuss the reasonable technique of scan and reconstruction of spiral CT angiography of vertebral artery. Methods Two hundred patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency underwent spiral CT angiography. Among them, 40 cases underwent bilateral vertebral artery DSA within one week. The CTA images were postprocessed with multiple-planar volume reconstruction (MPVR) and shaded surface display (SSD). Interactive viewing of primary axial images in a cine mode was used for the kinking or coiling vessels. Results From the images of MPVR and axial images with a cine mode, 286 (76.9%) vertebral arteries were shown normal, 88(23.9%) kinking or coiling, 17(4.6%) hypogenesis, 28(7.4%) local stenosis, and 15(4.0%) local calcification. Conclusion With a suitable scanning and reconstructive technique, SCTA shows a high value in evaluating vertebral artery abnormality.
