| 目的 探讨MRA在胸主夹层动脉瘤术前评估中的应用价值。方法 92例患者接受MRA检查,测量瘤颈直径,裂口大小及数量,假腔累及范围,真腔走行,重要分支血管的供血来源等。结果 采用MRA做为术前评估手段及选择移植物的依据,实施腔内隔绝术治疗,均取得成功。结论 MRA对胸主夹层动脉瘤的真腔测量,裂口评估,移植物选择均有重要价值,不足之处是术后随访受限制。 |

| Objective To discuss the value of megnatic resonance angiography (MRA) in preoperative evaluation of endovascular exclusion for thoracic aortic dissection. Methods Ninety-two patients received MRA detection. The parameters were: diameter of the aneurysmal neck, size and numbers of the tears, expension of the false lumen, figure of the true lumen, blood supply of the main branches, etc. Results The MRA detection as a preoperative evaluating method and rule of stent-graft choice, all the cases that received the procedures achieved success. Conclusion MRA is of great value in measurement and evaluation of the dissection. Shortcoming of MRA is the limited using in postoperative follow-up. |
