      目的 研究屏气三维增强磁共振肺动脉造影的方法和临床应用。 方法 35例病人经过屏气三维增强磁共振肺动脉造影检查,19例曾做过核素扫描,3例做过CT肺动脉增强扫描,3例做过肺动脉DSA。 结果 本文分析了肺栓塞的三维增强磁共振肺动脉造影的图像特征表现,35例中29例发现肺栓塞,主要征象包括腔内充盈和管腔闭塞。 结论 屏气三维增强磁共振肺动脉造影是确诊肺栓塞的一种无创、有效的检查手段,具有良好的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Purpose To investigate the methods,and clinical value of breath hold three-dimensional contrast enhancement magnetic resonance angiography. Methods A total of 35 consecutive patients with suspected pulmonary embolism underwent breath hold 3D CE-MRPA.Nineteen patients were examined by SPECT,3 patients by selective pulmonary DSA. Results Pulmonary embolism was detected by 3D CE-MRPA in 29 of the 35 patients. Primary features included embolus and obstruction in pulmonary artery. Conclusion Breath hold 3D MRPA has proved to be a non-invasive and useful tool in detection of pulmonary embolism. It has good prospect of clinical application.
