| 目的 探讨与分析胆囊内小隆起性病变的声像图特征及该病的最佳诊断方法。方法 对56例患者胆囊内小隆起性病变行多切面扫查,观察病变的位置、大小、形态、内部回声、基底部及局部囊壁情况,病变是否随体位改变而移动,后方是否伴有声影。并对其中42例术前行CT检查及术后病理对比分析。结果 超声和CT分别与病理对照,符合率分别为91.3%和76.51%,二者假阳性率分别为8.7%和10.12%,超声未见漏诊,CT漏诊率为13.37%。 结论 胆囊内小隆起性病变为一组不同病理类型的疾病,超声诊断是早期检出本病的最佳方法。 |

| Objective To study and analyse the characteristics of ultrasonic images of minor gallbladder bumps. Methods Fifty-six cases were chosen ,and multi-section scanning was applied to the minor gallbladder bumps so as to obtain enough data about their location,size,shape,internal echoes and conditions in the base and some local walls as well as whether the bumps' location changed with body position and whether with accompanied images at the back.Forty-two cases were given pre-operation CT check up and post-operation pathological comparative analysis. Results The conformity rates of ultrasound and CT pathological results were 91.30%,76.51% respectively, each remaining in 8.70% and 10.12% false. There were not any missing diagnoses in ultrasound, but with a missing rate of 13.37% in CT. Conclusion Minor gallbladder bumps are a group of diseases with different kinds of pathology, and ultrasound is the best way to find out them early. |
