| 目的 对多层螺旋CT诊断主动脉疾病的能力进行评价。方法 用多层螺旋CT机对12例临床怀疑主动脉疾病的患者进行扫描,层厚3.2mm,重建间隔1.6mm,由高压注射器经静脉团注100ml造影剂,速度3ml/s,将数据传至专门工作站进行后处理。结果 检出2例主动脉瘤、5例主动脉夹层,其中4例Ш乙型主动脉夹层,1例主动脉粥样硬化斑形成,4例正常主动脉。结论 多层螺旋CT在诊断主动脉疾病的能力是肯定的。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the diagnose ability of the aortic diseases by multi-slice spiral computed tomography. Methods Twelve patients suspected of aortic diseases were scanned slice thickness 3.2mm and overlapping slice increment 1.6mm. A bolus of 100ml contrast media was administered by a power injector at flow rate 3ml/s. The data collected were transferred to the special workstation for post-processing of imaging. Results Two aneurysms,5 dissections,including 4 Ш B type of aortic dissections,1 aortic atherosclerosis,4 normal aortas were demonstrated. Conclusion The ability of multi-slice computed tomography to diagnose the aortic diseases is good. |
